From the January 30th edition of the San Francisco Chronicle:"A lawsuit over the nationally publicized Baker's Dozen beating case has been settled for an undisclosed sum and an apology on behalf of four San Francisco men involved in the New Year's 2007 clash with members of the Yale University singing troupe."
